Leorgós is much more similar to Togroña than Santalejos though they benefit Santalejos greatly. This is because Leorgós is a manufacturing powerhouse of technology. Many engineers and alchemists can find fame and fortune in the small businesses or larger factories that work to further create and innovate for both dark and noble reasons. The city would look like a nightmarish constant plume of smoke and exhaust if it weren't for an innovation created a while ago that turns any by-products from the production of materials into clean air. The city is also enchanted in many areas with sigils that silence noise above a set level as to provide a healthful, happy community where the rev of automation can't pierce.
Leorgós and Santalejos share a powerful relationship with one another. It's hard to create without fuel so in exchange for a lot of lumber from Santalejos, Leorgós provides the technology and weaponry the former needs to acquire more lumber.
