Charlie's Spinning Tavern

Charlie's Spinning Tavern is one of, if not the most unique tavern in the world. The tavern itself spins clockwise constantly. Visitors find that the tavern is slightly raised off the ground and circular shaped. Underneath it, a great pole runs into the ground and at the bottom is a water wheel in an underground river. The river flows and spins the wheel, which spins the tavern. The tavern's speed varies depending on the season.
