Court of the Blind King

The Court of the Blind King is a subject of myth and controversy among the people of the southern swamplands. Many believe that such a place does not exist anymore, if it ever did. While some are ferverent believers that it's a real place. Some going as far to claim they've seen 'Greenstone' the floating castle upon which the king holds his court.   This subject is of little interest outside the swamplands. Whether or not it is real, holds little academic value. It doesn't seem entirely impossible that something could be built upon a floating mound of peat. But it is unlikely. If the stories are to be believed, the Blind King himself would be nearly 200 years old by now.

Unfortunates

Many ambitious people have sought to prove or disprove the existence of Greenstone and this court of legend. Only to disappear from memory, as we can only assume the swamp claimed another victim. The king is said to host a court of eccentric and wild characters. It is said "On the day that the king's court can be found on a map, this will mark the beginning of the end for Blackmarsh."
