Kingdom of Tel'Ethlos

The Kingdom of Tel'Ethlos is one of only a few remaining kingdoms where the majority of the population is elven. Tel'Ethlos used to be a much larger kingdom, but a string of notoriously poor rulers, and short reigns left the realm unstable. The lack of stability allowed non elven races to rise against elven rule and break away. Similar to other elven kingdoms, they are suspicious of outsiders and non elves often have difficulty passing through border checkpoints without identification. They are heavily empowered by foreign trade, which has brought them into contact with Halgostar Holdings. Some believe Halgostar Holdings has corrupted some of the nobility. They are ruled by the Elendin High Council.
