Koith

The city of Koith is as ancient as the trees in the petrified forest surrounding it. To this day, the moot is held here following the death of the high king. Great temples adorned with ancient architecture sit one three hills of the city, the largest of these is named Konvarjek and the inner sanctum of which is where the moot is held. There have been times in history where the moot has been unable to come to a decision, in which case brute force is often the preferred alternative to diplomacy. Generally the city does not allow blades to be carried by commoners within its walls though.
