Penesh

Penesh is a former elven city that was pulled into the sea by Ulnwe, the god of the sea. The elves made a pact with him to raise the city from the ocean and was commemorated with the lighting of the lighthouse. The agreement is that the elves would construct places of worship and statues of Ulnwe. Within only a matter of years, the elves grew in vanity as they stopped paying tribute. As revenge, Ulnwe sunk the city back into the sea.
