Penitent Men

The Penitent Men are a group of assassins whos signature calling card is whispering "Please, forgive me" as they kill their victim. Generally by the time the victim has registered what they said, it's too late. Penitent Men command a high price, but not unjustly so. They are without a doubt some of the best assassins money can buy. Not that much scholarly writing has been done on this matter.
