Q'harak
Q'harak is unlike many of the states around it. It is not so sophisticated as the Spice Cities, neither is it as strong as independent as the neighboring Molachian Freecities. Instead it exists now as a shade of its former self in the shadow of the Mezoroan Protectorate. It is a sandy place with a rich history, but that history is now largely claimed by the Mezoroans.
History
The land in which Q'harak exists wasn't always what it is now. Once it was a mighty empire that encompassed Molachia, Mezoroa, and itself. Because there's no real central authority, almost anything is legal in Q'harak. There is a duke who has a "claim" to the throne but it's widely accepted that he's just a puppet of the Mezoroans. He's simply known as Duke Albert because his lastname is simply too long and difficult to pronounce. His last name is Nareuptianarake'arn. "This history of Q'harak is a tragic story, and one best not mentioned to the natives." -Garris Motflow, Head of Histories at the Q'haran InstituteRemove these ads. Join the Worldbuilders Guild
