The Barrow Downs

The Barrow Downs are a large collection of burial mounds located in central Korthia. Their constructors are unknown but the architecture dates back to the Age of Stones. Some of the smaller barrows have been raided and cleared but the larger ones are thought to go far under the earth, and likely contain undead. Local governments have simply decided it's not worth risking lives to clear since the area poses little threat if left undisturbed.
