The Seven Sisters of Elearn-Kred

The Sisters of Elearn-Kred are one of the few remaining credible fortune tellers. Originally there were seven prophetesses, all being the descendents of Hemgar, the Seer. Over the years, the sisters have passed away until there is only one remaining, Almira, who is 95 years old. Elearn-Kred was a small secluded temple that readings were given in, but regional conflicts forced the sisters to relocated to the temple Tolwir Anwyn.

The Final Teller

Each reading takes a toll on Almira in her elderly state, so they are rarely given except on matters of great importance. Even though she is the best teller alive, her skills pale in comparison to the wizards of old. She can only ever see part of the truth, or give fragments of an answer. There are some descendents and retainers of the sisters that have shown promise as prophets, but Almira is always looking for someone truly worthy of her title.
