Old tiny
This quite old gnome, who was once a Gnomish Airship captain, before he stole an Airship and began preying on land based caravans from his perch in the sky. The Airship Guild was of course furious, but they stopped caring too much after a couple decades, mostly as he was not competing or preying on them, and also helped to show off the military potential of the airships. As such they have an informal agreement to not get in each others way.

On the more weak side of healthy, but still capable of holding his own in his fight, mostly due to his quite powerful spark.
Specialized Equipment
He always has four hand crossbows on his bandoleers, and typically another couple somewhere on him. He is also capable of casting spells through them for devistating effect.

Personal history
Once a loyal member of the guild, after a couple decades, when noone else was on his ship, off for supplies, he scarpered, and started stealing stuff from caravans. Since then, the image of a lone, black airship, with a tiny gnome with a pair of crossbows hanging off it by a rope, has become the thing of legend around Albion
