Ecology and Habitats

Concordia. Since The Confluence, the human populous of the continent became responsible for rebuilding much of the civilisation. Having been successful in this task, many conncordian humans believe themselves to be a cut above the other races which can, in certain individuals, materialise as some unsavoury discrimination, though fortunately this is not as common as it once was. Being well driven and inquisitive, most long to rediscover as much of the lost technology from the first era as possible. That said, few know what that technology consists of, caring more for the principle of the matter than the details of the find.

Civilization and Culture

History

The origin of humans remains a mystery. While other races can attribute their life to a deity or a separate plane of existence, the most prevailing theory is that humans came into being during The Second Era as a culmination of the biology of the other major races (elves, dwarves, orcs etc.) through numerous family lines over equally-numerous generations.
Since they came into being, humans have spread further and more densely than any other group of people, carving lives for themselves in the most unlikely of places for the most unusual reasons.
