Structure

Council Member. Only four can exist at one time, one for each element.
Master. A Mentor who has continue to pursue their understanding of the elements to a higher level.
Mentor. One who has completed their initial training and now teaches the younger members.
Member. Typically one who has trained for ten years.
New Recruit. Usually a young person beginning their training.
New recruits begin training as early as five year old. As their training progresses, they move through the ranks accordingly. It has been known for gifted individuals to jump through the ranks, however such decisions are only made by the council.

Public Agenda

The faction wishes to coexist with the Elemental Planes and research ways in which they can help with rest of Concordia do the same.

Assets

The faction essentially has access to the entire Cloudspire region. Here they are able to complete sustain themselves away from civilisation. Their base is a large monastic temple build on the tallest mountain in the region.

History

In the years which followed The Confluence, society became increasingly distrusting of anything relating to the Elemental Planes, most of all the Genasi. The Genasi took this this prejudice in different way, however a group of them wanted to change society's perception so much that they began to study way in which the world could live in balance with the elements. Knowing this would be potentially dangerous if anyone found out, they hid themselves away. These days, they reside in The Cloudspires, where others fear to go.
