Since the time of Queen Aafje the Lake, Nepenthe, has answered only to to the chosen queen of Esse. Queen Nimue is the sovereign of Broceliande and rules from this capital with her royal court, which includes royal consort Atten Ash, personal bodyguards Daralis Na Fola and Dryadalis An Dobhriste, king consort Merlin Ambrosius, and the Princesses Lake.
History
Esse was founded in 6000 RF by Queen Aafje Lake and Cathasach An Briotanach, who settled the realm of Albion under one singular rule.
