Tapja Vaal is a Delphinidae-humanoid sentient species descending from the Mook Islands, where they had been isolated for a millennium. They are the children of the god of Death at Sea, Jama. Their religion, traditions, and general philosophy are centered around the 'Man of the Waves' religious scripts. The mathriarcs of their tribes are trained to be assassins from birth.
