Blind Man's Kata

Through rigerous training the martial artist has not only lessend their disadvantages but learned to make blindess an effective technique against their opponenet. When blind, for any reason, the character increases his/her A.C. by 3 vs. all attackers. To initiate this kata, the character must make a Wisdom check each round.
