The martial artist insticntually knows how blood flows throughout the body and, with a single finger, is able to impede the movement of blood to the detriment of the victim The martial artist must make a successful Fingertip attack to the victim. When successful, the martial artist makes a Wisdom check. If successful, they may implement a Cause Light Wounds effect on the victim. Additionally, the damage dealt by the attack may not be healed by magical means - only mundane skills or time can heal the wound.
