Demon Chi (Kuei Chi)

The character infects the target with a chi based illness. A successful attack is required. That target gets a save vs. death If failed, the target has painful breaths and coughs up blood. This results in -1 attack, -2 inti., and -3 on all skills. Illness persists until a save is made. Checks are made daily.​
