Dragon Chi (Fu Zhensong)

Character can draw ‘chi’ (psp) from their surroundings. They may draw 3 psp per hr. from normal surroundings. This is doubled if in a place of worship (their faith). Wis. check required. No rest is needed. This may be in effect for 12 hours, then a 24 hour rest period is needed before use.​
