When employed, the practitioner no longer needs food and water for the duration of his meditation. It takes 1 full round to enter this deep meditation (no other actions), but it is so sublimated that the practitioner can resume normal activities after entering the meditation and maintain the effects. If a traumatic effect (being damaged by a weapon, severe emotional event, etc.) is incurred, a Wisdom check is required to maintain.
