Mudra for the Handling of Mystic Vajra

This Mudra allows the practioner to cosult with the spirits of the Elemental Plane of Water to help them discern the nature of any "handled" (the liquid may be in a container, but the container must be the only object between the practioner and the liquid) liquid. This will reveal mundane elements (poisoned, potable, etc.) and magical details (for example, it will reveal a potion of growth).
