Mudra of Terrible Anger

This Mudra allows the practitioner to negate any sedative effects on any being within 100 ft. It can also enrage or otherwise disturb creatures who are particulalry prone (for example, a creature that has some sort of "rage" effect) or can move someone from "Friendly" to "Hostile." The target(s) must be visible to the practitioner and the inctement is controllable (it does not affect every creature in range, just those intended).
