The Art of Yell (Kaijutsu/Kiai)

1. Using the voice the character learns to create one of several effects. This power can be taken multiple times to learn each effect. 2. All Kiai has a range of 20’ (radius). 3. Anyone (friend or foe) within range is affected. 1. Stun: Victim(s) makes a save vs. paralysis or is stunned for 1d4 rds. 2. Force: Victim(s) saves vs. paralysis or is prone, +1d10 ft. of knock back. 3. Shock: Victim(s) save vs. death or suffer 1d6 pts. of dmg. 4. Death: This only affects 1 target. Victim takes 2d6 pts. of dmg. (save vs. death for ½)​
