Vibrating Palm

A martial artist can orient themselves with the chi harmonics of the prime material plane and create sympathetic vibrations that are destructive Visually, the fist of the maritial artist appears to vibrate. When the fist comes into contact with a physical object for 2 or more consecutive rounds, the object may shatter. An object touched bya a vibrating palm must make a saving throw vs. crushing blow at round 3 and for each round thereafter. Each round after the third, the object recieves a penalty of 1 (cumulative) toward the saving throw. Basic magical items can also be affected, however, they fail their saving throw on a natural 20 only. While using the vibrating palm, the martial artist may make no other actions.
