Weapon Kata II
Kobu-Jutsu
Within a diverse society, it is recognized that few weapons, when initially created, were designed with the intent to allow the combatant to also use unarmed techniques. Thus, this kata provides the extra training and time a character needs to take a weapon, virtually any, and integrate it with their martial art of choice.
Once trained, the martial artist may now use the number of attacks conferred by their martial art. As dictated by their proficiency (or specialization), the character may make a certain number of attacks with their weapon. Whatever attacks are left may be used for unarmed combat.
To use this kata, the character must first have proficieny (or expertise) with a weapon.
