Weapon Tap

Intimidation is an underrated element of a combat round. A martial artist with Weapon Tap may use any weapon, even one with which they are not proficient, to make an that does no damage. Instaed they rap the weapon against some part of the opponents body causing a loud, intimidating ring. The ring causes the opponent to have -1 to attack the martial artist each round in which the martial artist subsequently makes a Charisma check with a +5 bonus. Additionally, in all other interactions with the tapped opponent, the martial artist retains the an effective +5 to their Charisma making them especially intimidating.
