Headmaster

Overview

A headmaster is the leader or principal of a school, typically responsible for overseeing all aspects of its administration, including managing staff, setting educational goals, and ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.  A headmaster might also manage magical elements, coordinate with faculty to teach specialized subjects like spellcasting or swordsmanship, and handle unique challenges related to magical creatures or interplanar studies. The headmaster serves as the ultimate authority figure in the institution.
