Overview

An underwater city, home of the Tritons and many water genasi.
The Triton King has a court of Sea Elves, Tritons and Water Genaasi, plus a Tortle or two.
Kuthra is a massive capital made from crystal and coral at the bottom of the sea. It has a series of out posts around the sea. Outposts include Kávouras, Kalamári, Mýdi, Révma, Theío, and Váthos.

History

Kuthra was sunk prior to The Sunken Salvage War by the Triton King in response to a threat from an outside force. Kuthra was protected initially by a manipulation of the magic surrounding the Decanter of Zortgilea, and sunk to the bottom of the sea. The bubble was generally impenetrable, trapping the inhabitants. After 50 years, the magic fell for unknown reasons and the original inhabitants were never seen again. @FR-03 learns from the Library of Lost Knowledge that King Triton brought the people to an undisclosed location, before returning and helping to repopulate Kuthra without the bubble.
