A Sinister Arrival: Mr. Light and His Proposal Ethan observes a tall Shadar-Kai figure entering the tent—flanked by two insectoid warriors from the eighth circle of hell, Kanya. The figure introduces himself as Mr. Light, an Archdemon of the eighth circle. He demands to know who delivered the final blow to the ringmaster. Blizz steps forward, trembling yet determined, and admits to the deed.
A Tempting Offer Mr. Light makes Blizz an offer: swear allegiance to him and gain the power of the circus or face death. Blizz, visibly shaken, consults the party about the decision. The group debates the consequences of becoming a warlock to a demon, each member weighing in on the morality of such a choice. Eventually, Blizz agrees to the pact, and after swearing fealty, he transforms as icy power encircles him, marking him as the new ringmaster.
