Charon

The 3rd Moon

Charon is one of the moon gods, represented by the red moon of Charon that orbits around Aldebaran. As one of the sisters of the moon trio, she represents the cycle of evil that takes its course throughout the night. Charon enjoys pushing the boundries of magic with little regard for whatever consequence. The pursuit of magical prowess and research is paramount for followers of Charon. If it takes burning down an orphanage so you can perform a ritual upon its ashes, then that's what it takes. Of course that's a very brazen act, Charon would recommend burning down the orphanage through more discreet means.
Charon is quite warm with her followers. She does not require much from them besides an interest in expanding the field of magic. She grants her powers freely for those would want it, and there are no restrictions on how to use said abilities. Her relationship with her other two sisters are also quite fine, and thus her followers show an almost familial respect for Io and Lunayin. Sometimes it is said that Lunayin and Charon fight, represented when the two moons in the sky are in full. People often infer this as a spat between the two, with whatever moon staying full longer having won. Whether this correlates to some plot being foiled between the two gods followers, who knows.
