Ruins of Enmidre

Upon wings of burning embers, the Warlord descended unto the Prime Material and struck down the God-City.

Geography

Encompassing a majority of the area above the border from Mulhasen, the cataclysmic destruction wrought by Doldraki during the Elder Age still lingers as the land is barren and rocky. Treacherous pitfalls and blistering sandstorms wrack the outer wastes as if guarding the way in towards the crater where the fabled First City allegedly once stood. Few have survived a journey there but those lucky enough to have done tell tales of a sheer-walled gorge leading down into misty darkness where unimaginable horrors still seethe and churn around a glowing Infernal essence at the centre. Of course, many dismiss the tales as mere travel fatigue causing hallucinations but they also do not approach the wastes for it is a fool's errand.

Fauna & Flora

While most regard the Scar as being completely devoid of life, signs of the world rebuilding have crept in over the centuries. Tough brush-like plants take root on the outskirts, providing roosts and shelter for blood hawks and vultures. However, monsters have been known to somehow crawl their way from the ruins and make their way out towards settlements; the most notable of which was an alleged 'emissary' of Doldraki's return - defeated and sealed by monks of the Aurum Occulatus within a shrine situated near the point where the borders for Mulhasen, Valthire and Ilharen meet.

Natural Resources

The only noteworthy resource that has been discovered there over time is the presence of Edrite unusually close to the surface, rare clusters of the magic-receptive crystal forming within caves and pits around the wastelands. With usage of said material being heavily restricted in Dumort, some smuggling operations have taken to mining what they can find.
