The Tyrant of Rust and ruler of the Eight Hells. Arvis wishes to rule the world and all gods as he sees ordering the world as the only way to destroy the Abyss. To this end many evil gods have been indebted, tricked or convicted into his service in a complex web that even Loth, the Demon Spirder is lusts for. The seven rulers of hell are fluid changing positions, each one held by a Arch Devil that is equal to a lessor god in power. However not all Arch Devils are loyal, as Da'nos was once his closest Ally, but now they are enemies. Arvis was once a good deity but turned to evil ways as a means to pernmenty destroy the Abyss. The base of his power on the mortal plane is Kelzal where all the people worship him and only him. From here his cult weaves into every socitaty, spreding the Tyrants Word.
