Loss'noss
The Grand Underground City, largest in the The Under Dark. Loss'noss is a major trading hub most Under Dark Trade, having access to the trade roads of The winding road, Moss Wheel, and more. Food is provided through the many mushroom farms, that are watered by careful use of a portal to the Plane of Elemental Water and aqueducts. The stable source of food made the made the city an ideal trade hub, that grew in time. The largest makerts of the underdark are here, and so it is the de facto captial of Underground League.
Government
Ruled by a Council of 40 members, one seat for each nobles house in total of 10 members, 4 seats for each of the guild in total of 20, and ten pulled from the vote of the people
Defences
A old walls encircles the old dwarven buildings at heart of the city. Eight tall watch towers dot through out cites, with a low palisade around the citiy.
Industry & Trade
The cities major assess it the sorce of fresh water from the portal to the plane of water and the farms that are watered with the water.
Infrastructure
Aqueducts and Sewers provide fresh water and sewage disposal, to all of the city, On the aqueducts are watermills for milling the mushrooms. A great road leds from the heart of the city to the north most exit of the cavern.

History
The history of the city is murky at best, because the founding predates the War in Heaven. However the during the War in Heaven the population was decimated leaving records undefended from the ruin of time
Architecture
The oldest building of the city are carved from the Stalagmites of the cave which can reach up to 4 Storey tall. the new building are built from locally quarried rock, Stone Strome wood and some times imported wood in the case of the rich. The oldest buildings where built in old dwarven styles, predating the War in Heaven. The newer building are a mixture of the flowing curves and open design of Drow Trading tents, and the old squares of the dwarven style.
