The Capital of the Chell Kingdom, located on the southern edge of Shralldeel, is the busing heart of Chell. The ports are never quiet, with the continuous navel traffic. The capital gets it name from the nine great arches one must past through to reach the royal palace. Built By Akeryo Zellen durring her rulership of Chell. The royal palace of Mienjar.
