Rehai Empire
The Rehai Empire, the heirs to Winfo , or so their priest nobles clam. Their lofty goal of unitling the world by conquest for Winfo, who is the real ruler of all of creation they say, has slowed some what but the eastern noble houses of Rehai still have the crusanding viger of old. While not as fast as the conquests of the past, Rehai is slowly growing in between the mountains of The White Fangs to the West and The Iron Shards to the North. These same two mountain ranges keep Chell, Kel Oth and Sunaro at bay but as Rehai is surrounded by Nations who, wrongfuly in the eyes of Rehai Nobles, would attack Rehai given any sign of weakness. Currently the bulk of the armies of Rehai are fighting the holdouts of Chalos to the north. The common folk of Rehai have little education of the realty of these threats and so are taught to fear the outsider by the higher Noble class, who is taught by their elders that the outsider is a hidden devil and lesser then the nobles of Rehai. Rehai is ruled by an Noble upper class who are legally part of the priesthood of Winfo and Oss'so. The priests who run the temples are uplifted priests as they are uplifted from the common folk to serve .The ideals of rulers by the grace of a divine power are part of the image the higher class cultivates. Of these Noble Priests and uplifted priests, the Emperor assigns the best to the Oscent to run the day to day
The Empire is sustained by the organized disruption of food across the empire, and the wide spread use of divine magic for the noblemen to communicate. This food which makes living under the empire preferable to not, is often given by the priesthood, making the commoners flock to worship at The Divine Chruch of Rehai temples. Most cultural practices of the conquered lands are tolerated and only the worship of 'evil' deities is repressed. This to those outside the empire seams a contriction as public cults of Arvis before he fell are remitted and even celebrated. this idealised view of a Arvis before the fall being good, underlies a foundation of the empire
due warring with the infenal nation of Kel Oth, Rehai has the most scholarship of combating devils, the most compete maps of the eight hells and the best information on the weaknesses of devils. In the case of metaphysical knowledge and scholarship of the nature of the divine, Rehai scholars are more lacking giving the bias their society has towards favoring Winfo over all others. However, The Gray Scrolls, are the most notable peace of Rehai writing.

Structure
The Emperor rules over empire, which is broken up into provinces each ruled by an appointed official chosen by the local priesthood of The Divine Chruch of Rehai, and confirmed by the Emperor, who rarely challenges the appointment. However in matters of war the Emperor has complete control through his War Priests.

Founded by Rehai Dell Yahos , aided by the divine power of Winfo in the year 123 R. The Dell Yahos line ruled for until Emperor Sarko Dell Yahos was deposed by the noble council, who then turned to the High Priest to Crown the next line of Empires which was The Dell Torus Line. While not always as dogmatic such ideas where codified in to law under the rule ship of Ehai II Dell Yahos the third ruler of Rehai

Rehai lands are equal mix of Human, Wood Elf, Halfing, Dragonborn, dwarf and Half-elf at the middle and low class, but closer to the top humans dominant.

Notes on religious views in Rehai:
It is a common belief that the Emperors are descended from Winfo. Many holy days celebrations of Winfo at the capital involve the empire to some extent. This belief that Rehai is ruled by Winfo's descendants fuels hated against Kel Oth which is run by devils, who came from Winfo's fallen son Arvis. However, Winfo and Yadubau are thought as one in the same, leading to having a differnt view of Winfo then other nations.
