Calvin McCullough

McCullough was a senior partner at SD-6 he headed the Psychological Warfare and Operations Division. He was also responsible for psychological screenings, evaluations, and interrogations of personnel. He used functional imaging tests to screen and evaluate agents; and to interrogate subjects.
Among the numerous projects her oversaw was Project Brainstorm.
McCullough was tipped off to the CIA rain on SD-6 and evaded capture with The Alliance of Twelve was neutralized. Arvin Sloane ensured that McCullough would remain free, and used him to continue the research to create sleeper agents and merge Project Brainstorm and Project Helix.
