Hank Chure (Hank Chur)

Description: An earnest blue collar man who has worked his way up from grunt work to foremen of the dock. He has oil stained, calloused hands and wears the simple, many-pocketed clothes of someone who needs various nuts, screws, and tools close at hand
Background: Once believed in collective action, but has been disillusioned by the numerous incidents of crackdown by management he has seen in the past
Voice: Sounds like the Joe Weaver from Hardspace Shipbreaker, slightly southern, twangy, upbeat
Motivation: Joe is motivated to protect his dock workers and his loyalty to the company is mostly based on fear, and can be pushed through Loyal to his men, humble, bearing steep scars from how he has seen the system chew up and spit out those working manual labor
Relations to other characters: Working relationship to other dock workers, distrusts colonial marines for the role they have played in strike breaking
