Miravat

Miravat is a type of tiny cacti that is cultivated for food. They have a slightly bitter taste that pairs well  with savory foods.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Each plant consists of one stalk that grows to between 1 and 5 feet high. When grown for food they are harvested when they reach about 2 feet tall, the younger flesh is more delicate and taste better. Miravat are typically a dark blue green color and have three rows of vertical spikes on each stalk.
