Zedo Empire

Leshire is the capitol city in Zedo Empire. Built on a major river, this city is in a perfect place to access the ocean in the east and Melidon Lake in the west. The empire also includes several smaller cities and many villages and towns. The cities have stayed relatively independent of the Empire, although they do rely on the Empire and Leshire if natural disaster strikes or they are threatened from outside sources.

History

The wealthy merchants first established Leshire to be a trade center. They had to encourage the establishment of other small villages around the area to help provide food for the growing city. When some of these villages also grew to be small cities themselves, the founding merchants decided to incorporate everything into one geopolitical entity.
