He stands tall for a goblin, his head stretches 48 whole inches from the bottom of his feet!
He has a flat face, broad nose, pointed ears, and small, sharp fangs that have been blunted. His forehead sloped back, and his eyes vary in color just from red to oranges to yellow of the sunrise.
His skin is rather supple and is the color of fresh growing green leaves.

His village was razed when he was three years old by human knights/bandits same difference to him as they killed everyone except him.. as he was the only youngling.. and priest with the party took pity on me and brought me back to the monastery to learn the sacred arts of the mop, brooms, dustpans.. as well as what he could teach me of Lathandar.
I became an adult goblin six years later.. but the old man wouldnt acknowledge that anyone could be an adult when human children were still leaning to talk properly.
SO i spent the next decade learning to read and write and copy tomes and doing odd jobs for a dwarf that was willing to treat me as an adult.

Nilgorb spent 17 years studying at the monastery of the sun soul, learning about the Mysteries of Amaunator and how the gods know as Lathander, Selûne, and Sune are tripartite fragments of Amaunator, and that the Yellow God shall rise anew once the three are unified to form the one.
He has spent years learning about the History of the realms, specifically the past twenty years around Waterdeep and along the sword coast near there.
Employment
Currently serving as a guard to escort a bunch of materials from Waterdeep south to phandelver to help expand the mining operations. We are being paid a whole 10 gold pieces each for escorting the goods south another couple of days! This will pay for my library membership fees for five months!

Its book smart though. He knows alot about history, religions and arcana. Not much about animals, they wernt allowed within the library.
Hes recently learned that a Oxen is not smart enough to stand watch in the middle of the night, the Oxen is only good for pulling a wagon behind it.

Everything I do is for the Common People. So many of my kin have been evil and tried to do bad things to the other races. Im doing everything i can to help them out. In my studies of history, ive learned that goblins are general evil or at least forced by tougher beings to do evil things to the common folks. I want to be the Light in the Darkness changing that one commoner at a time.

Speaks with a kind of southern accent as the human that trained him spoke the common with that accent. Sometimes he smacks his lips as though hes chewing food.

He washes himself every day at least once. Cleaning himself with soap and even using scraps of cloth as a rag to wash himself clean. He picks his teeth clean after each meal. His unseen servants take care of the mending of his garments so they always look new and clean each dawn when not traveling.

Although he has an easy smile, he speaks with the fervor of a true believer, who finds himself called to be a teacher. Hanor is the spiritual heart of the Waterdhavian branch of the Order of the Sun Soul and one of only a handful of monks with a following across the order as a whole. Hanor has drawn the ire of Waterdeep's powerful churches of Lathander, Selûne, and Sune for his heretical preaching, a feeling echoed by the more traditional members of his order. More than one rumor has spread through the City of Splendors suggesting that the esteemed Monastic Abbot is in the thrall of the Lady of Loss and that his teachings are designed to weaken Waterdeep's good-aligned churches. Today, the Brotherhood of the Sun is known as the Order of the Sun Soul, and the group's original association with the Church of Amaunator has been largely forgotten. The order now admits both men and women, but retains its itinerant nature and ancestral focus on serving the common folk of the Realms.
The Order of the Sun Soul maintains a large monastery in the city of Waterdeep, due in large part to the presence of prominent churches of Lathander, Selûne, and Sune. The order's current leader, Monastic Abbot Hanor Kichavo, is attempting to unify the three sects of the order into a cohesive whole for the first time in centuries. Drawing selectively on historical texts that survived the Netherese diaspora and the fall of Calimshan's Cajaan dynasty, he preaches that Lathander, Selûne, and Sune are tripartite fragments of Amaunator, and that the Yellow God shall rise anew once the three are unified to form the one.

Favored in Guild Fringe Benefit: Lathander teaches that undead must be destroyed. Once per character level you can call upon your faith to enter a state of holy resolve, which lasts for 1 minute. While in this state, you gain a +2 morale bonus on attack rolls and damage rolls against undead.
Special: Admittance to the Order of the Sun Soul usually requires demonstrable athleticism (2 ranks in Jump or Tumble, or the Athletic feat) and a vow of obedience to one of the three acknowledged patrons of the order.
