Ruppu
Chief of a group of Kobolds that live near the City of Ethios in a cave that guards the entrance to the Shadowfell.
During the Hunt for the Thessalhydra The Circle of Six traveled through thier cave. Gilly offered Chief Ruppu her white dress with lavender trim and flowered emobrodery to gain favor with the Chief. Caia gave him one of the Dire Cows feathers. Ruppu granted the party access to the maze where the entrance to the @Shadowfell was rumored to be located.
