Torque of Calabeag

The insignia on this torque displays the twin chalices of Calabeag, proudly proclaiming that the wearer is a friend of the fairy folk. The torque is crafted of cold iron so that it can only be given to non-fey as a sign of friendship and trust.
You can use an action to use the torque to reduce yourself to Tiny Size for up to a number of hours equal to your proficiency bonus, all at once or in several shorter stints, each one using a minimum of 1 minute of pixie dust stored in the torque's gemstones. You must use an action to go back to regular size.
The torque regains 2 hours of pixie dust for every 12 hours it isn't in use.
You also have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks that rely on moving silently when in the Tiny Size.
