Bio:

The previous Mayor of Skor, met under the town in the cellar network. Killed by infection of a strange disease which transformed him into a hideous frog like monster. Prior to this, he was running the town of Skor, as it slowly dwindled in population and output. With travel hampered by local troubles, and production declining with environmental changes, it would take a much more savvy merchant to rebuild the town to it’s former glory.
