Dreamwalker Doran Cobbleden Altestar

A Stone Giant Dreamwalker found by the Chaotic Seven in a ruined stone giant settlement. He became employed by Duke Eren Volund as a stone mason to help the city and repair the keep. Following the destruction of Ironhold his location is unknown.

Personal history

Born in the Stone Giant Settlement of Calderock, Doran was born with an innate touch of magic and the ability to manipulate the Weave. He was trained by the village elder who was also a Dreamwalker, trained to use his power and to manipulate the stone around him. While Calderock was a large settlement, following a series of accidents, later revealed to have been caused by the Staff of Azezstos and Gavros Kavren, the settlement was reduced to only a dozen before the arrival of the Black Dragons Numi and Obann who killed everyone in the settlement aside from Doran, as they had been tainted by the energies of the Staff of Azezstos.
Doran spent the following two years maintaining a small section of the settlement for himself. After the Chaotic Seven arrived and helped to mediate the situation, Doran returned to Ironhold with them. He was employed by Duke Eren Volund and repaired much of the Keep of Ironhold and to strengthen the walls of the City proper. During this time he learned of the history of the giants and their war with the dragons. He viewed this conflict as pointless and declined to follow his heritage in warring with his friends. When the City was overrun by Demons, Doran was lost among the confusion and his current location is unknown.
