Kothan, The Unbreakable God

Kothan is the Chief God of the Imperium and a God of Battle and War. He was the one who primarily united the gods of the Original Imperium. Before he was Divine he was the king of a small nation and his neighbors waged war against him, as a result of this the young Kothan grew up in battle and became one of the greatest warriors upon The Material Plane. When he ascended to divinity he kept his throne and led his kingdom to ever greater heights, until the Purge War began with his kingdom as its spark. His kingdom was the first target of Malgeron after he and Duna were seperated. The battle w0as fierce but it ended with Kothan bloodied and Broken while Malgeron was transported away by Omaeden. The Battle had destroyed his kingdom and the few survivors saw their kingdom in ruins and the unbeatable king lying in defeat.   After that Battle Kothan was more determined than ever to become stronger. He trained himself against ever stronger opponents, eventually he stopped removing his armor because of how frequently he fought. The only person to defeat him during the Purge War besides Malgeron was Messaria, a young woman who wore no armor and wielded only a wicked scythe. Due to his many many battles with no losses he gained the title, The Unbreakable God.   After the Purge War he laid down his sword until the Civil War, where he took Autrion's side. He was prepared for all of his allies except for Messaria, so he enlisted underhanded means to attempt to kill her. His plan would have succeeded if not for the intervention of the Orcish God Morgan. The young orc gave much of his power to Messaria and drew his blade upon Kothan, cutting through the God's "Unbreakable" armor and gravely injuring his divine avatar. Within a few months of this defeat Messaria and her Paladins had forced a ceasefire and a tentative peace between the newly founded Alliance and Empire. Since that defeat Kothan, like Autrion, has been stewing and plotting. He is widely worshipped by the Imperial Armies for good fortune upon the Battlefield.
