Olgraf Elderscale

This Elderly Blue Dragonborn is a fossil of a bygone era. "Blessed" with immortality as long as Brenzan lives, his body does not cease aging making him an old man in the most literal sense. While he often shows his extreme adherence to rules and law, he is not above skirting the law if he must.
His extreme Age can be temporarily halted through his use of Ki to focus his energy. Olgraf is one of the few figures that can speak down to the Children of Bahamut and reprimand them, though not without reprisal. In his youth he once subdued the Platinum Dragon, Bahamut the Younger, after the Platinum dragon had attempted to kill a group of kobolds who had insulted his father. Olgraf retains his legendary skill and will train inductees into the Cobalt Soul on occasion.
