The Aedesii Empire once spanned the continent south of the Azure Sea. For its later five centuries it was ruled by Hani'ata the Eternal Queen. She ruled with iron will, subjugating and controlling her followers. It was said that those who gazed upon her loved her. She ruled from her Palace in the capital. 
The Vampire Kingdom
How or when Hani’ata became a vampire has been lost to the ages. The legends speak of her terrible rule, it was said that she gave the gift of vampirism to her most loyal followers.
