Government

Port Encarpuo is affiliated with the Sea Princes. It's currently ruled by Barrington Pinnock, who recently was welcomed into the ranks of the Sea Princes. Barrington runs Port Encarpou from the Amber Palace. The captains who operate from the port pay him a tribute.
