The Velour Lantern

A large inn of disrepute. It is operated by the Hanged Man, a neutral party in Freetown's  gangland violence.
The Velour Lantern is a gaudy, ostentation Inn, with heavy sheets of material draped from the ceiling. It has a ‘members’ only basement and first floor. The first floor is a brothel, and drug den, and the basement is a fighting pit.
