Stone Speaker

Stone Speakers are chosen leaders of the various towns and villages that lie in the caverns that are connected to the Kobreg pass. Stone Speakers enforce the word of the Drake King and settle disputes between the citizens under their authority. They also report to the Iron Lords about any creatures disrupting passage in the Kobreg Pass or endangering their citizens. Unlike Iron Lords, Stone Speaker is not normally an inherited title
